• Post Code - so we know you are a local to Chatton (if not then please state, below, why you wish to be included on the email distribution list)
• Preferences - Just Chatton News, or Event reminders, or both. Everyone will receive emergency information by default
• Reason - If you are not a resident in the Chatton area, why you want to be included
